DESCRIPTION:
Date and Coconut Squares Organic are a pure and natural product and a great appetiser or snack. The
product is manufactured in Australia from 99% pitted organic dates (Pakistan) and 1% organic
desiccated coconut (Philippines).
Date and coconut squares organic are processed in Australia under strict sanitary conditions. The
dates are washed with water, hand sorted and are twice processed in a ribbon blender to the desired
consistency. The mixture is then put into a rolling machine and rolled before being cut into squares.
The product is then rolled and coated in desiccated organic coconut.

interpreted by the F.D.A. Date Rolls are processed using stainless steel equipment under strict sanitary conditions. They are made from
dates that are first washed with water, hydrated or heated with controlled heat to reach the proper processing moisture content, then
mechanically pitted (macerated) and extruded and uniformly cut into cylinders, and coated with a flowing agent such as coconut.
