Maize starch, Rice flour, Tapioca starch, Raising agents: (Glucono Delta Lactone, Sodium bicarbonate, Calcium carbonate), Dextrose from maize, Resistant maize starch, Stabilisers: (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Methylcellulose), Vegetable gum: (Guar gum), Potato fibre, Emulsifier: mono and diglyceride of vegetable, Salt, Potato starch, Yellow pea flour, Sugar, Natural colour, Food acid: Citric acid.

PIZZA BASE

Ingredients

1 package ORGRAN Premium Bread Mix

25 millilitres vegetable oil

305 millilitres water

Optional - Diet Permitting:

9 grams yeast

Method

Preheat oven to 250°C/400°F and oil 2 x 29cm (11.4 inches) pizza trays.

Place 450g (15.8 oz) bread mix into a large bowl and make a well in the centre.

Add 25ml (0.85 US fl. oz) of vegetable oil and 305ml (10.3 US fl. oz) of warm water (38-41°C/100-106°F) to the flour mixture. Combine with a spoon until the dough can be collected in a ball and kneaded by hand. Knead dough briefly on a dusted board, divide into 2 pieces, and roll out into circles to fit pizza trays or desired thickness.

Top with desired toppings and bake for 7-15 mins until the toppings are bubbling and golden.

WITH YEAST - DIET PERMITTING:

Preheat oven to 250°C/400°F and oil 2 x 29cm (11.4 inches) pizza trays.

Dissolve 4.5g (0.16 oz) sugar in 305ml (10.3 US fl. oz) warm water (38-41°C/100-106°F) and stir in 9g (0.32 oz) instant dry yeast. Allow the yeast mixture to rest in a warm place for approx 5 mins or until active and frothy. If using water additional time will be required to activate yeast.

WITHOUT YEAST:

Place 450g (15.8 oz) ORGRAN Premium Bread Mix into a large bowl and make a well in the centre.

Add 25ml (0.85 US fl. oz) of vegetable oil to other liquid mixture and add this to the flour. Combine with a spoon until the dough can be collected in a ball and kneaded by hand. Knead dough briefly on a dusted board, divide into 2 pieces, and roll out into circles to fit pizza trays or desired thickness.
