Made from ripe Australian mangoes that have been de cheeked and inspected to remove immature or overripe units and any extraneous foreign matter. The mangoes are then peeled, sliced, and inspected to remove blemished or damaged fruit, and then dried. After drying the fruit is further inspected and then packaged.

Mango cheeks are delicious slices of dried mango. They are an excellent source of vitamin A and C and have beneficial anti-inflammatory properties. The mango cheeks are sliced then dried without the use of preservatives or sweeteners.
