Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 - 10 business days. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Online orders will be available for pickup in store or home delivery (Conditions apply)

We also provide the option of phone orders and we will meet you at your car outside of the shop for your convenience.

Shipping for remotely located customers can be organised at their own expense.

Shipping to Proserpine and Airlie Beach incurs a $10 fee.

Home Delivery

Monday after 3pm AEST - areas listed in the shipping selections south of the Pioneer River.

Tuesday & Thursday after 3.30pm AEST - areas listed in the shipping selections north of the Pioneer River.

Orders need to be placed before and no later than 10am AEST on the morning of delivery.

An electronic invoice will be issued after the order has been packed and processed.
Notification of payment must be received before delivery.

Orders will not be left at an unattended residence.
