It is the product obtained from pressing the cocoa paste or liquor, which is then subjected to the processes of decanting, filtering, cooling, tempering, molding, solidifying, chopping and packaging in boxes, without removing or adding other components.
It is used for the production of chocolates, confectionery and in the cosmetic industry.
