Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Butter Biscuit Mix
Additional Ingredients Required (per 400g of dry mix – 2.1/2 cups): 185 g
Melted Butter, 2 Tablespoons Water OR Milk
Method: 1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced). 2. Combine the melted butter,
the water (or milk) and the Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Butter Biscuits Mix until
mixture becomes a dough. 2. Lightly flour bench surface with corn starch and
roll out dough to approximately 0.5cm thick. 3. Cut into shapes using a cookie
cutter or shot glass. 4. Arrange biscuit shapes on a lined baking tray and bake
for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
