Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Mix
Additional ingredients Required (per 380g of dry mix – approx. 2.5cups): 2 eggs, ½
cup of Vegetable Oil, 80 g Melted Butter, 1 ½ tsp Milk OR Water
Method: 1. Preheat oven to 160°C (fan forced). 2. Grease or line a baking pan (approx.
20cm x 20 cm works best). 3. Whisk eggs, oil, milk (or water) and melted butter in a large
mixing bowl. 4. Add Waltanna Foods Gluten Free Chocolate Brownie Mix and combine
all ingredients well. 5. Pour in baking pan and bake in oven for 20-25 minutes or until
skewer comes out clean.
